Information for parents:

Please have your child bring his or her folder with the blue communication book to school everyday. Your child should have a morning and afternoon snack, preferably small and healthy items. Juice boxes and/or water is encouraged for both snacks. Dress your child comfortably with layers, as our classroom can get warm, even in the winter. Please write your child’s name on all items sent to school such as, lunchboxes, coats, hats, mittens, etc. Your child will need an extra set of clothes to be kept at school in case of accidents. Remember to have your child wear sneakers on gym days and for outdoor recess. Please contact me for any other info needed.

Teaching Philosophy:

"I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, and socially. As an educator I will help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, considerate, creative, and developmentally appropriate. It is my desire to instill a love of learning and respect for all."
